About the Club
The NABA Club is the oldest and largest clubhouse for AA and Al-Anon meetings in the Atlanta area. To read more on the history of NABA Club, download the 2008 50th Anniversary Issue.
The downstairs area also has a full-service kitchen serving breakfast on Saturday mornings from 8:30 until 10:30, and dinner on Thursday nights from 6:00 until 7:00 (or until the food runs out). Breakfast is $10.00 and dinner is $12 (add $0.50 for credit card). Meals open to members and non-members.
The club holds special events on a regular basis. These events include dances, cookouts, and sporting event parties.
NABA Club is a special place where AA meetings and fellowship combine with other activities to create a safe, relaxing, and sober environment. The main purpose of the NABA Club is to provide an accessible facility for housing a large number of Alcoholics imAnonymous and Al-Anon meetings at various hours each day of the week. There are currently over 55 different meetings every week. The recovery from alcoholism is our primary goal. The upstairs of our building is dedicated to this purpose and is open to ALL who seek AA and Al-Anon meetings.
The downstairs portion of our building exists to complement our main purpose. This is a “club” that members of AA and Al-Anon can join for a small monthly fee. See the Membership page for details. The downstairs space includes a large, comfortable dining room, as well as a members’ area and big screen TV room. It is open daily from 7:00 AM until 9:30 PM.
The NABA Club has much to offer to everyone whether you are new to recovery, new to the Atlanta area, or just looking for new meetings and opportunities to meet other people in the program.
