NABA MEMBERS’ ROOM RULES

 

  1. The Members’ Room is only available for use by NABA members in good standing.
  1.   A member may meet in the Members’ Room with a non-member Sponsee for the purpose of discussing recovery.
  2. NABA Members may use the cubicles for individual privacy or meeting with other Members, but they must vacate the cubicle if necessary for a Member/Sponsee meeting.
  3. Members may show the Members’ Room to a prospective member who is considering joining NABA.
  4. Children are not allowed in the Members’ Room.
  5. The room is for quiet contemplation, quiet conversation or quiet use of electronics. Loud talk and noisy fellowship should be taken to another Member area downstairs. Headphones must be used for audio on all devices.
  6. Food items from the vending machines, coffee, water and soft drinks are allowed in the Members’ Room.  No other food items, including food from the dining room serving line, are allowed in the Members’ Room.
  7. The Members’ Room is intended for the use of individual Members of NABA. It will not be made available for rental, for special events or for use by various groups.
  8. Members are asked to take pride in their room, to help keep it clean and to abide by the Members’ Room Rules.  If a Member observes violations of the Rules, or misbehavior in the room, it should be reported to a NABA Board Member.
